Cybersecurity poses a unique legal problem for the legal industry. It incorporates the defense of computers, data, networks, systems and information from attackers. This session will discuss the protections a law firm can implement to defend its clients from cyber-attacks and the ethical ramifications you should be aware of.

This program is approved for both newly admitted and experienced attorneys and upon completion will receive (1) Cybersecurity, Privacy & Data Protection General & (.5) Cybersecurity, Privacy & Data Protection-Ethics credits.
